Pierless Fish Corp. strives to provide its customers with the freshest seafood available, anywhere. When an order leaves our facility, it does so with more than enough gel-ice packs to not only prevent spoilage, but maintain exceptional quality.
However, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with an order and a refund is sought, our office must be notified by phone or by email within 12 hours after receipt to be eligible for a refund. We do not guarantee refunds. Additionally, we may request the return of an order for our inspection.
