It changes color to match the ocean floor and can be fished in warmer months in the coastal waters spanning from North Carolina to Massachusetts. Fluke is a firm white fish with a mild flavor. It is delicate, flakes easily, and ideal for any simple preparation.
Marinate with vinegar, red pepper flake, olive oil and lemon and broil for five to seven minutes
