John Dory


Origin: Wild caught, product of New Zealand

Found in the Atlantic and Mediterranean, the John Dory is identified by its unique eye-like spots on either side of its body. It uses these spots while hunting to confuse its prey.

With a taste that is known to melt in your mouth, John Dory's are sometimes pan-fried and serve with a lemon butter sauce.
