Peekytoe Crab Meat

While the rock or peekytoe crab can be found as far south as the Carolina's, the sweetest meat can be found in Maine and Canada. It's hard to imagine that these crabs were once discarded as lobster pot pests. Our peekytoe crabmeat is all leg meat, only lightly salted, providing the highest quality and sweetest crabmeat in the northeast. Peekytoe crabmeat is excellent in any application in which one would use crab, but really shines in salads or standalone applications.

Recommended Preparation
Serve in salads, sandwiches, pastas, or anywhere crab can be used.
